I got an allergy reaction, can I get a reimbursement ? 

Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the ingredients. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies to the ingredients of our products, I strongly suggest reading the labels before making a purchase, however, if you develop an allergic reaction stop using our products, Barb- Bar, LLC will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of using our products.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We will process your order between 3 to 5 business days, However, sometimes will take less. 
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made by selected oils which will help you to moisturize your skin, we use the best ingredients and also, we do not add anything that we cannot even spell to our soaps :) all what you need to do is pick your favorite scent. However, some people are allergic to ingredients like coconut oil, so I will suggest reading the ingredients before making your purchase. 

How long your soaps last? 
This is going to depend on how often it is used and how you store it. 
if you leave it close to water or in a place where it can be wet it won't last too long. Our soaps need to be place in a dry spot after you use it. 

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we do not ship worldwide.
Do you sell wholesale?

Do you offer returns?
Our products are 100% handmade and cosmetic products. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there is a specific issue with your order, please contact Barb.barllc@gmail.com. We will ask for proof of your issue/ discrepancy. If the refund is accepted, we will refund your money minus the shipping rate amount included in your original delivery.
I have provided the wrong address what should I do? This complete your responsibility, however, If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase, please email us straight away so I can update the shipping label if possible.
What should I do If I never received my package? 
We are not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. All claims related to your package (i.e.  lost, damaged, stolen, etc.) must be resolved with the USPS directly. 
Will I receive tracking once my order is shipped?
Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number, and this will be emailed to you once is shipped.
